Activity: An independent, Japan-based bilingual editorial and affiliate media service for Japanese gifts. TSUGISHIRUBE does not sell, take payment for, reserve, or fulfil the listed products.

The Site is currently operated by an individual under the TSUGISHIRUBE brand. The operator’s personal name, home address, and private telephone number are not published on the Site for privacy reasons. When disclosure is required by law or a valid rights request, the requester and scope are verified before necessary information is provided.

General Contact and Gift Concierge are separate request routes. General, rights, and site messages may be sent to contact@tsugishirube.com; gift and volume requests to concierge@tsugishirube.com; and listings, partnerships, or press messages to partners@tsugishirube.com.

Affiliate and advertising disclosure

Some links may become affiliate advertising links. Any active affiliate link is clearly labelled. TSUGISHIRUBE may receive a commission when a reader follows that link and completes an eligible purchase; this does not add a fee to the buyer’s displayed price.

At present, no product uses an approved affiliate tracking link. Retailers with a confirmed partner program may still be linked through a standard, non-commissioned referral while an application is pending.

Commission availability, rate, and commercial potential do not determine the TSUGISHIRUBE score or guarantee inclusion. Products may be removed when their image, price, availability, delivery, or provenance no longer meets the published standard.

Privacy, inquiries, and click measurement

The Site stores the reader’s selected language in local browser storage and a first-party cookie under the key ‘tsugishirube-language’. They are used only to preserve the display preference on that device.

When General Contact or Gift Concierge is submitted with consent, the Site stores the supplied name, email address, message or request details, and optional context relevant to that route. The information is used to review and respond, keep an inquiry record, and prevent misuse. It is not used to send unrelated marketing and is not sold to third parties.

To limit automated misuse, the Site temporarily creates hashed rate-limit keys from the submitting network address and email address. The original network address is not written to the application database, and expired keys are removed during subsequent processing.

The Site uses contracted cloud hosting, data-storage, and email-delivery providers to process only the information needed for these purposes. Processing may take place through providers or servers outside Japan. Providers are selected and managed with appropriate privacy and security controls.

When a product link is opened, the Site may record the product ID, click time, referring path, selected language, campaign/source/medium labels, and destination hostname. The click record does not intentionally store a name, email address, IP address, browser user-agent, advertising identifier, or unique visitor ID.

Inquiry and concierge records are normally kept for up to 12 months from submission, then deleted. Click records are normally kept for up to 12 months; non-identifying aggregate totals may be retained. Records may be kept longer only where necessary for a legal obligation, rights claim, dispute, or misuse prevention.

A requester may ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of submitted information through General Contact or contact@tsugishirube.com. Identity or the inquiry reference may be requested before action is taken. External retailers and affiliate networks apply their own privacy, cookie, and purchase policies.

Terms of use and purchase responsibility

Content is provided for editorial and informational purposes and reflects the information available at the stated review date. A listing does not guarantee stock, final price, product condition, fitness for a particular purpose, or successful delivery.

The sale contract is formed directly between the buyer and the external retailer. Payment, cancellation, returns, warranty, delivery, and dispute handling are governed by that retailer’s terms and applicable law.

Users must not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load, or reuse its original editorial text, scoring, or presentation without permission. These terms may be revised when the service changes.

International delivery, customs, and restricted goods

A delivery label means the retailer publishes a relevant shipping route; it is not a promise that every product can enter every destination. Final eligibility must be checked for the exact item and address at checkout.

Import duties, taxes, brokerage, customs inspections, and destination restrictions may apply and are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless the retailer expressly states otherwise.

Alcohol is subject to age, licensing, carrier, state, and national restrictions. Live plants and other regulated biological materials are excluded unless an exact lawful route is independently confirmed. Large orders, personalization, and split delivery require direct confirmation from the maker or retailer.

Corrections and contact status

Product facts change. A review date is shown on each listing, and the external retailer page remains the controlling source for purchase decisions.

General Contact accepts corrections, rights requests, privacy questions, partnership messages, and site feedback. Gift-search requests are accepted through the separate Gift Concierge.

When a reply is needed, TSUGISHIRUBE normally aims to send an initial response within seven business days. Research, rights review, holidays, or unusually high volume may require more time. Sales solicitations, abusive messages, and submissions that cannot be verified may not receive a reply.

Submitting either form does not create a sale, reserve inventory, or guarantee product availability. The Private Orders planner creates a copyable brief on the reader’s device only; it does not submit an inquiry, take payment, or place an order. Volume feasibility depends on retailer inventory, maker capacity, lead time, specification, and delivery restrictions.
